Also validate with buildingSMART ⓘ Privacy notice: When off (default), your IFC model stays strictly inside your selected regional cloud storage and processing worker. When checked, the model is transmitted to buildingSMART (validate.buildingsmart.org) for official schema & syntax compliance verification. Data sent to buildingSMART is processed and stored in the EU. BuildingSMART's policy is to delete your data after use.

⚠️ 256MB Limit: Due to buildingSMART service limitations, files over 256MB cannot be sent to buildingSMART even when this option is selected.

⚠️ Official IFC Versions Only: buildingSMART validation only supports official schemas (IFC2X3, IFC4, IFC 4.3 / IFC4X3_ADD2). Files with non-official versions cannot be sent to buildingSMART and will be evaluated with other forensic checks. · optional
